Our culinary skills

We haven’t become Australia’s market leader in contract catering services by resting on our laurels. We are always innovating to keep our offer fresh and innovative. Key to this is the ongoing development of the culinary skills of our chefs and their teams.

Our National Food Leader, George Fouskarinis, loves to share his passion for food, hosting Master classes for our chefs and leading ‘Paddock to Plate’ excursions where our food teams can touch and taste the produce and meet with farmers, growers and key suppliers in our network. 

As part of a global food company we also greatly benefit from the rich collaboration with our international colleagues, helping us keep pace with new culinary techniques and trends from markets around the world.
