What we’re looking for

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative Chef’s who wants to showcase their appetite for producing exceptional fresh seasonal food and demonstrate their flair and passion for perfection through our menus.

About you

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Applicants for weekend Chef role must have minimum 2 years supervising a commercial kitchen
• Bulk catering experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting food trends
• Proven track record for a strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders & colleagues
• Applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations

Key Duties

• Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of our vast range of food offerings
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
• Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times
• Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

The successful candidates will need to apply for, or have, a valid Working with Children’s Check
