We are currently on the lookout to expand our internal ‘Casual Relief Pool’ with talented Hospitality Professionals. The ‘Casual Relief Pool’ will give you the opportunity to work across a number of our sites in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs and enjoy the diversity of our operations.

If you are a qualified Chef or Cook who wants to share your appetite for exceptional food, and has:

• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations;
• Experience in high volume kitchen environments;
• The willingness and flexibility to work across various locations;
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations;
• Attention to detail and great time management;

You will be required to hold, or be prepared to obtain, the following:

• National Police Clearance
• Influenza Vaccine
• Valid Australian Residency or Work Rights
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
