Within our Defence business in Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Part Time Mess Manager (Food & Beverage Supervisor) at ADC Weston. You will be a Hospitality professional and will be a proven leader of front and/or back of house teams that provide a first class customer service experience.

The Role:

Requirements of the Food & Beverage Supervisor position includes:

• Experience in stock control, ordering, hygiene, menu planning, safety awareness & staff control
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Competent financial reporting and cost management skills
• Ability to organise kitchen staff to achieve high quality output in volume
• Implementing and observing relevant safety & hygiene practices
• Function planning and management

• Ensure excellent quality food daily and for high profile functions

You will have large scale catering experience, including bulk meal production and will find working with multiple dining and bar facilities a breeze.
