Andrej Kultan

Andrej leads the Business Transformation team at Compass Group Australia (CGA), bringing a deep expertise in finance, strategy and operational change across global organisations, focusing on driving innovation and efficiency.  

His career spans senior roles at Compass Group Japan, Deloitte and several large consulting firms. Andrej holds a Master of Commerce (International Business) from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.  

Andrej leads technology-driven transformation with a focus on smart, scalable change that delivers measurable value across the business and its portfolio of brands. Through a culture of innovation and collaboration, Andrej ensures every initiative CGA pursues delivers measurable outcomes, whether enhancing operational efficiency, maximising client value, elevating customer experience, or advancing environmental and social impact.
