Brett Craig

Brett leads the Growth, Strategy & Innovation function at Compass Group Australia (CGA), bringing deep experience across various cross sector roles Australia-wide. He is a purpose-driven leader with a strong focus on solution development, innovation and commercial strategy.   

Brett’s career spans senior roles with CGA, ISS Facility Services Australia and Australian Finance Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Electronic Commerce) from Curtin University.    

Brett leads with a collaborative spirit and a clear focus on driving meaningful, innovation-led change. He works closely with clients to design bespoke workforce engagement and operational solutions, and has led acquisitions that have added significant strength to CGA’s capability and offering. He fosters an environment where every team member feels empowered to contribute ideas, ensuring CGA remains agile, inclusive, and forward-thinking.
