Ian Jackson

Ian leads Compass Group Australia’s (CGA) Living & Working Services (West) team, made up of Offshore and Remote contracts based in WA, SA, NT and East Timor, with deep operational expertise and a focus on service excellence. Ian ensures CGA delivers safe, comfortable and high-quality living environments for clients and their teams in multiple States and offshore. 

Prior to joining CGA, Ian held senior leadership roles at Qantas, Wayfare and Voice Brand Agency. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Studies from Massey University. 

Ian drives high-performance at CGA by building teams that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. His focus on continuous improvement, from boosting engagement and productivity to increasing revenue and achieving cost efficiencies, ensures CGA operates with agility and impact. Ian’s leadership translates ambition into action, helping CGA scale sustainably while staying true to its customer-first ethos.
