Traineeships and Apprenticeships

Traineeships and Apprenticeships are offered and are delivered both on and off the job through blended learning.

You will work towards a nationally recognised qualification whilst working in the business and in some cases, due to either previous study or work experience, you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) where qualifications can be awarded without having to attend and complete a full training course.

In line with the vast range of services we offer qualifications that may be studied are hospitality, maintenance, cleaning services, laundry operations, logistics and support services such as business and finance, depending on site requirements.

Group Apprentice Chef Program

We work with Registered Training Providers (RTOs) across all states to offer site-based Traineeships and Apprentices and we also offer a Group Apprentice Chef Program in QLD and WA.

Training is provided on a group basis at a designated TAFE campus enabling you to complete your journey towards a Cert III in Commercial Cookery with Apprentices from different sites throughout your state whilst supporting each other along the way to becoming our future culinary leaders.
