Compass Group Australia has been recognised again as Employer of the Year 2020 – Large Size Employer at the MAX Solutions Annual Awards, in recognition of our ongoing commitment to Inclusion and Diversity.

Proud to accept this award, it reflects the work and commitment that our sites, leaders, recruitment, diversity initiatives and broader Compass Group family have towards continuing to build an inclusive, diverse and safe workplace for all our people.

Compass Group has a longstanding relationship with the MAX Solutions team. MAX Solutions are a government funded organisation whose role is to support Jobseekers to gain employment. Many of the people they represent are amongst the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in our communities.

Compass Group works with Max Solutions to identify candidates who we can engage into employment through our partnership programs which includes our Disability Employment Program, First Nations Peoples employment and Launch Into Work program, an initiative, as a key component of our Gender Equity Strategy, to proactively increase female participation in our workforce. More recently we have also set up a direct pathway through to our recruitment for other disadvantaged groups.
