Debbie leads B&I, Venues & Stadia at Compass Group Australia (CGA), bringing a strong operational background and deep hospitality experience to drive exceptional customer outcomes and commercial performance. With a focus on people leadership, operational excellence and strong partner relationships, she empowers her teams to innovate and deliver meaningful value for clients. 

Before joining CGA, Debbie held several senior leadership roles at Merivale, as well as senior positions with Chelsea Football Club and AEG.

Debbie is passionate about cultivating and leading high performing teams where delivering results through others is key, empowering her team to think strategically and make decisions to elevate experiences for customers and clients. Debbie’s leadership ensures that CGA remains focused on creating opportunities and securing new business, while also improving delivery and commercial outcomes for existing clients.
