Jo Taylor

Jo brings vast leadership experience across Hospitality, Retail, QSR and Manufacturing to her role as Managing Director of Compass Group Australia (CGA). Her career has been defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience and people-led transformation.  

Since joining CGA, Jo has led the business in delivering high-quality food and support services. With over 15,000+ employees nationwide, she is passionate about creating environments where teams thrive, and clients are consistently delighted.  

Prior to CGA, Jo held senior leadership roles across operations, supply chain, human resources and corporate affairs at various industry leaders like Ampol and McDonald’s Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW. 

Jo brings a customer-first mindset to every initiative at CGA, championing capability-building and cultural transformation across diverse and complex operating environments. Her leadership ensures that CGA’s teams are empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes, from elevating client experience and driving operational excellence to fostering a resilient, high-performance culture that supports long-term growth.
