Ray Kwan

Ray leads the Finance function at Compass Group Australia (CGA), bringing deep expertise in commercial finance, strategic planning and operational performance across complex, multi-sector environments. He plays a key role in driving financial discipline and supporting sustainable growth across the business.  

Prior to joining CGA, Ray held senior finance roles at Sydney Airport, Tiger Airways and Macquarie Group. He leverages this background to balance the precision of finance with the creativity of food and service innovation. Ray holds a Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Western Australia. 

Ray applies a sharp analytical lens and collaborative leadership to help CGA unlock value through data-driven decision-making.
