Toby Edmunds

Toby leads DeltaFM, Omega and Foodbuy at Compass Group Australia (CGA). He brings extensive experience in strategy, operations, and environmental management across diverse and high-risk industries. He is focused on delivering innovative, client-focused solutions that drive value and impact across remote services, procurement, and facilities management.   

Before joining CGA, Toby held senior leadership roles at private and publicly listed organisations, with a strong track record in operational excellence, growth, transformation and sustainability. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and holds Chartered Status membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
