Administration Assistant

The Position:

We are currently seeking to recruit a talented and adaptable Administration Assistant, with duties including;

• Answering and transferring calls
• Maintaining the office, including stock lists and ordering
• Arranging meetings, booking rooms
• Provide day to day administration assistance

About You:

• Qualification and /or experience in Office Administration
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Suite
• Positive attitude with a high level of initiative
• Ability to prioritise a range of tasks, meet deadline and work under pressure
• Valid Police Check obtained within the last 12 months and current influenza vaccination inline with current legislation
