We are currently seeking a Full Time Barista to join one of our most upmarket clients, based in the Melbourne CBD, and we are looking for someone with exceptional passion for the bean!

About the Role:

This is a high-volume position, grinding up to 5 kg per day, in both takeaway and sit-down coffees

A high-end corporate clientele who enjoys latte art

Repeat customers who love a friendly face

Calibrating the espresso machine to optimise quality of the product

Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency

About You!

You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for a supreme customer experience

You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart

You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise

You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment
