Boardroom Attendant

The Position

We are currently searching for polished, well-spoken and immaculately presented Barista/Corporate Boardroom attendants to join our hospitality teams based in our Sydney CBD location. In a highly sort after role, you’ll be based in very prestigious offices therefore you’re commitment to providing first class service is paramount. You’ll also present with outstanding communication skills and customer service knowledge and will understand the delicate nature of working in a high end corporate environment. This role is Monday to Friday.

Key Duties

• Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
• Make espresso coffees at Barista level and prepare other beverages
• Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
• Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
• Assisting with the set up and execution of company events
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility 

The Person

• Proven first class food and beverage experience – corporate waiter, first class lounge or high end hotel background desired
• Experience making coffee at Barista level
• Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing or events environments
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong work ethic – willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
