The Position

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and creative Chef’s and Cooks who are looking for a new and exciting challenge. You will be required to showcase your appetite for producing exceptional food and demonstrate passion for perfection through our menus. 

The Person

• Chef’s Trade Qualifications with at least 2 years+ experience in a similar role
• Cooks with previous experience in a busy kitchen
• Bulk Catering experience is an advantage
• Talent and drive to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and new food trends
• Strong attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
• Applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations

Key Duties

• Assisting and overseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of all our innovative culinary offerings
• Ensuring that the food you offer at the site, is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
• Actively maintaining a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
• Upholding high customer focus at all times
• Ensuring the safe production of a high-quality product, without comprising the food safety guidelines provided
