We are currently on the lookout to expand our internal ‘Casual Relief Pool’ (our Internal Agency) with talented Hospitality Professionals. The ‘Casual Relief Pool’ will give you the opportunity to work across a number of our sites in Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs and enjoy the diversity of our operations.

If you are a qualified Chef or a Cook with experience or working towards your Cert III in Commercial Cookery and want to share your appetite for exceptional food we’d love to hear from you.

We’d expect you to have: 

  • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations;
  • Experience in high volume kitchen environments
  • The willingness and flexibility to work across various locations
  • Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
  • Attention to detail and great time management

You will be required to hold, or be prepared to obtain, the following:

  • National Police Clearance
  • Working with Children’s Check – Employee Type
  • Valid Australian Residency or Work Rights
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (if seeking a role as a Chef)
