Cleaner

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Cleaner, looking for a Part-Time, Monday to Friday, flexible opportunity. No weekend, public holidays, or night shifts!

Our team are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation facilities internally and externally, including room servicing tasks on the Larrakeyah Barracks. We have a great training and on-boarding program in place, and this role is suitable for a physically fit person with a good attitude and a great eye for detail!

Key Duties

• General cleaning duties, including laundries and public spaces
• Preparing rooms, including making beds.
• External cleaning of buildings
• Restoration and maintenance of hard and soft floor surfaces
• Some small administrative tasks related to cleaning throughout shift

The Person

• We want a friendly, hardworking team member to join our team
• Previous cleaning experience is highly advantageous
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job; including regularly climbing stairs and operating cleaning machinery
• Flexible approach and attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Because we are work on a Defence site, Australian citizens only can be considered 
• Applicant required to pass Australian Federal Police check prior to commencement of employment
