Cleaner

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a Part Time cleaning role based in Darwin.

We have a great training and on-boarding program in place – so you don’t need commercial cleaning experience. This role is suitable for a physically fit person with a good attitude and a great eye for detail! Our team are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation facilities internally and externally, including room servicing tasks. 

The Position

• General cleaning duties, including laundries and public spaces
• Preparing rooms, including making beds.
• External cleaning of buildings
• Restoration and maintenance of hard and soft floor surfaces
• Some small administrative tasks related to cleaning throughout shift

The Person

• We want a friendly, hardworking team member to join our team
• Previous cleaning experience is highly advantageous
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job; including regularly climbing stairs and operating cleaning machinery
• Flexible approach and attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Because we are work on a Defence site, Australian citizens only can be considered 
• Applicant required to pass Australian Federal Police check prior to commencement of employment
