Functions Supervisor

The Position

We are currently recruiting an experienced Function Supervisor to join our prestigious independent school. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing a varied, healthy & delicious menu to the students, staff and visitors. This is a varied and dynamic role that will see you manage and execute a variety of events from small scale to large events. You’re here to deliver the wow factor! This role will see you commence in January 2021 for a fresh and exciting start to the new year.

Key Duties 

  • Executing and delivery of functions including staff management during the event
  • Contribute to the continual development of the client partnership
  • Ensure all functions are delivered to an impeccable standard
  • Ensure all events/functions adhere to strict health, safety and security procedures

 The Person

  • Minimum 3 years function supervisor level experience in a comparable environment 
  • Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced functions and fine dining environment
  • The role is hands on, and will require someone with a good level of physical fitness
  • Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
