Regional Support Manager – Healthcare

Lead process changes and strategic projects within our Healthcare division

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Support Manager – Healthcare to join a growing national team, based in Sydney or Melbourne that will lead key process change and strategic projects within our Healthcare division.

The role will report into the Executive Director of Healthcare and work across a broad group of stakeholders. It will require exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to navigate, engage and influence all levels of the organisation.

The Role

In this highly visible role, you will need the ability to flex between business strategy and driving execution. You will be responsible for partnering with our site management teams to drive and executive key projects within the business, including digital acceleration, food and wellness and innovative strategy

The Person

The role would suit an individual looking for a gateway position in to operational management. Those with the following proven attributes will be held in the highest regard;

    • Previous experience managing a medium to large size teams within a healthcare environment
    • Understanding of hard and soft FM (non-clinical services)
    • Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
    • Maintain a positive team culture
    • Experience with financial reporting with strong commercial acumen
    • Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels
    • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills whilst thinking on your feet
    • In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved
    • The ability to travel when required
