Roxby Downs Local Site Administrator

We are currently seeking experienced local Site Administrators to join our Maintenance team in Roxby Downs, South Australia on a 5:2 roster. 

Key duties:

• Provide administrative support for Maintenance and Site operations, including time sheets, rosters, schedules and flight bookings
• Maintain administrative records and complete data entry 
• Completion of month end procedures
• Raising and processing purchase orders

We are looking for great people with the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in Suresite, Workflow, LMS, 1SAP and PayGlobal preferable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 12 months)
