In a period of business transformation, we are seeking applications for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders in order to obtain, analyse, communicate, articulate and validate business requirements and the facilitation of business and system solutions. You will be the trusted advisor of the Digital & Technology team to convert business needs into technical requirements, with the ability to drive and influence our digital developers.
The Position
Reporting directly in to the Head of Business Systems, you will be required to;
- Identify, analyse and document business processes, technical functions and user stories to enhance business systems using best practice methodology and industry recognised processes
- Lead the articulation of business needs and the facilitation of business and system solutions
- Work with team members to evaluate the solution options and decide the best way to turn the high-level business requirements into a business solution.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate and positively influence solution development and ongoing support.
- Project documentation including user requirements, techno-functional requirements, user stories, process maps and release documentation
- Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions
- Lead a team of business systems specialist
- Be abreast of latest trends in business systems fitting your domain
- Multi-task between Project Management and Business Analysis
- Conduct technical requirements gathering process for system integration with other third parties software projects and other duties as assigned
- Facilitate RFP and RFI
- Support the business in the identification of business benefit and value, tangible and intangible, for initiatives raised.
- Support the business in production of cost benefit analysis and or production of business case submissions.
The Person
You will have significant experience in working across a multi-stream programs in a complex enterprise environment coupled with experience with migration and consolidation projects in digital.
Alongside this experience, the successful candidate will also possess the following;
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Strong elicitation and dissemination of technical and business requirement experience
- Extensive exposure to CMS – Drupal is the preference
- Proven experience of working as a Digital Business Analyst on multiple projects
- Knowledge of SQL server database environment and SQL tools.
- Experience with UML and BPMN
- Experience in writing user stories and development of Business Requirements documents and models.
- Experience in working with other technical roles such as designers, developers, architects to design optimal solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work with Service Provider teams and accomplish the project requirements in a mixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
