Site Administrator

We are currently seeking strong Site Administrators to join our Delta FM and ESS team on a 2:1 roster. To succeed, you’ll need to have 6 months FIFO experience or solid administration experience in a similar role preferably with exposure to Blue collar/trades. You’ll need resilience, flexibility as well as the capacity to communicate confidently at all levels.

The Role

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Front of house
• Manage the scheduling of planned Maintenance 
• Provide technical advice on maintenance services
• Room allocation including cycle accommodation, night shift and late check-outs
• Manage flight bookings and requirements
• Mobilization requests such as site access and inductions
• Rostering
• Assist with site issues such as, accommodation, security, maintenance calls, emergencies and after-hours changes

The Person

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Strong administration experience essential
• 6 months FIFO experience is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience working in a Mobilisation team is desirable
• Certificate III Business Administration desirable
• Experience in the following areas would be advantageous; Workflow, Sap, SAMs, InFlight, PageUp
