The Position  

As our operation goes from strength to strength, we are proud to announce that we are currently searching for an experienced Site Manager to join our team based at the prestigious National Gallery of Australia. You’ll thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will be leading a large team of service and culinary professionals who are dedicated to fresh and inventive flavours, flawless service standards and great banter! This role offers fantastic remuneration, a supportive work environment and a people-centric company ethos.  

Key Duties

• Mentoring and growing your team
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Driving the Safety Culture, initiating and implementing project ideas to continue our commitment to safety
• Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
• Working across function and retail operation

The Person

• Demonstrated operational management experience
• Passion to drive functions sales and management
• Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
• Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
• Positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
• An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
• A Foodie at heart
