These terms and conditions govern your use of the Compass Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (“Compass Group”) website and applications, including online food ordering (“Applications”).
Accessing our Services
Your use of the Applications constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details, login, password and payment details and any activities that occur under your account.
You acknowledge the online ordering portal is administered by a third-party provider. Compass Group will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Applications or online ordering system will be free from viruses or other harmful components. You agree to hold harmless Compass Group from any claim, judgment, loss, expense, liability from any viruses, or harm suffered by you as a result of using the Applications, or online ordering systems. Compass Group reserves the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error, or malicious attack.
You acknowledge that all orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods or services for the agreed online prices at the time the order is made.

All intellectual property on or created through the use of the Applications is, as between you and Compass Group, owned by Compass Group. These links are accessed at the user’s own risk and Compass Group accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

The Compass Group Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.compass-group.com.au/privacy-policy/, applies to all personal information submitted by you on the Applications or emailed to Compass Group. You acknowledge that your personal information may be sent overseas including for processing to the extent reasonably necessary to enable Compass Group to provide its services to you.
Suspension and Termination
Compass Group reserves the right to refuse service, terminate your access to the Applications or online ordering, remove or edit any content or cancel your order/s in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

If you are a consumer, you have certain legal rights when you order Items using our Applications.
