By focusing on employment, training and career development, and supported by our Disability Confidence Training program, our leaders empower a disability-confident workforce and foster an accessible, equitable, inclusive and safe workplace for people with disability. Gender Equity

Our IGNITE leadership development program provides high-potential women with training, mentoring, and networks to advance their careers, with 41% of participants progressing within their first year.

Through our Launch into Work initiative, funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, we deliver pre-employment programs for women job seekers. This includes non-accredited training in resilience and workplace standards, accredited hospitality training with vocational placements, and comprehensive mentoring support for up to 26 weeks post-employment.

Pride

Compass Group is committed to creating a workplace where all employees can bring their whole selves to work and feel safe and supported.

As members of Pride In Diversity, our employee-led ‘PRIDE In Compass’ working group collaborates with LGBTQ+ team members and allies to shape our inclusion strategy. Veterans

Compass Group is committed to supporting current and former Australian Defence Force personnel and their families with meaningful civilian employment opportunities.

We recognise that Veterans and ADF personnel possess valuable skills from their service, and we’re dedicated to providing structured support and mentoring programs to ease their transition into new career pathways. Our leaders receive specialised training to better support this unique workforce. As part of the Prime Minister’s Veteran Employment Program and through our Gold Pledge partnership with Soldier On, we work closely with RSL Australia and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs to provide career transition support and ongoing employment opportunities that accommodate Defence families’ unique needs.
