These are implicit in our Code of Business Conduct (also available in other languages here), Human Rights Policy and our Modern Day Slavery Statement (submitted and is under review by the Attorney General’s Department), Vendor Quality Assurance Protocol and our Business Integrity Policy.

Compass Group Australia’s policies establish a clear framework setting out the standards we expect. Further supported by comprehensive communications and training which has been designed to ensure that processes and practices within each of our operating units fully comply with local legislation as the minimum requirement and with Group policies.

Our global focus on human rights and the eradication of Modern Slavery place both our own people and those employed across our domestic and international supply chains at the heart of who we are at Compass Group. Equally, everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with respect in the workplace. As such we empower our people to speak up via our Speak Up We’re Listening Portal if they see something that isn’t right, aligned to our Speak and Listen Up policy.
