Our Safety Culture

At the heart of our business is a proactive, prevention-first safety culture. We believe every worker has the right to a safe and healthy workplace, and a duty to help protect it. Our vision is simple: everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived, if not better. Food Safety & Allergen Management

With most of our sites operating as food businesses, food safety is not optional, it’s essential.

Australia has the highest food allergy rate in the world, and we take that seriously. We strictly follow the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code, and our Allergen Management Plan is built into daily operations, training, and our internal HACCP based Food Safety Program.

We protect our customers through mandatory food safety and allergen training, stringent hygiene and cross-contamination procedures, and by identifying and managing all food safety risks. Our team knows that safe food isn’t just good practice, it’s a responsibility.

Certified Global Standards

We are proud to be independently certified to ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, ensuring rigorous, internationally recognised management of food safety, workplace safety, and environmental performance.

We also lead internal safety campaigns and uphold 10 core safety standards covering: Behaviour, Electricity, Equipment, Food Safety, Housekeeping, Manual Handling, PPE, Repetitive Tasks, Slips, Trips & Falls, and Vehicle Safety.
