Meet Rudolf Vorlicek, Heli admin coordinator for our CPF Explorer offshore facility off Broome. with Compass Group since 2003, Rudolf has over 17 years of service and has experienced a wide range of roles during his time with Compass Group Australia.
What roles have you held at Compass Group?
Since starting with Compass Group Australia in 2003, I’ve had several roles. Everything from Kitchen / Dining Room Utilities, Dining Room Supervisor, Duty Manager, Offshore Logistic Coordinator, Logistics / Retail Manager Onshore, Centralised Ordering Manager, and now Heli admin Coordinator.
What do you love most about working at Compass Group?
There are so many things I love about working with the company. Aside from being able to work with a diverse group of people from all backgrounds, I also like how I’ve been able to experience all different roles when the opportunities have arisen. I also love the feeling of accomplishment when our effort to meet our client’s needs is recognised!
Any advice for those looking to join Compass Group?
