Our Levy Legends making memorable moments at AO25

With showstopping hospitality, our Levy team is delivering legendary service across over 65 retail and hospitality outlets across the Australian Open 2025 precinct.

With a 500-strong culinary team, over 2,500 hospitality staff, and 1.1 million patrons expected to attend the Australian Open (AO) before it wraps on 26 January, we’re geared up for a Grand Slam experience both on and off the courts.

From specialist chefs and experienced hospitality workers to teachers on school break and backpackers with global experience, our Levy AO25 workforce is diverse and excited to be showcasing their skills and expertise across this iconic venue.

The Food and Beverage Offering

Focused on making memorable moments, Levy understands that food and beverage can be the difference between a good day and a great day. Taste, health and enjoyment shouldn’t be sacrificed due to cost, and with so many Australians feeling the cost-of-living crisis, we’ve reimagined the food and beverage offering for the Australian Open to include great value hospitality experiences, no matter the price range.

“We understand that the Australian Open is a ‘bucket list’ occasion for many, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the tournament food and beverage experience. We’ve carefully curated our menu to offer a variety of options at different price points, from great value hot chips at only $6.80, to premium dining experiences,” shares Damon Grundy, Levy’s General Manager.

And what food and beverage is on offer for the players?

Many players are enjoying a mixture of retail Grab and Go and more traditional dining options, with the ability to personalise their experience through live pasta and stir fry stations and create-your-own salad stations being hugely popular.

Early Grab and Go favourites include yogurts, drinking coconuts, and refreshing mango and vanilla fro-yo in the Player’s Waiting Area. There’s made-to-order sushi, ramen and contemporary Spanish tapas also on offer to keep the players tastebuds happy. Last but not least, beetroot shots hit the mark in the Players Recharge Area.
