As their first Major National Food Service Partner, each year we work closely with OzHarvest to help reduce food waste and give back to the community.

Wherever possible, any surplus food is offered to OzHarvest who distributes it to people in need. In addition, we provide funding from initiatives that help the organisation deliver 200,000 meals per year.

We support OzHarvest through events including the CEO CookOff, community fundraising and selling merchandise at participating Compass retail venues.

During COVID-19 Compass Group Australia has donated 1,500 Essentials Boxes to OzHarvest and these boxes went straight to those most in need across Australia. The two batches were packed at our La Trobe and Melbourne Business School and King’s School sites.

In these trying times, we do our best to help in any way we can and we will continue to support the valuable work of OzHarvest.
